At D&K Suit City, we want you to look your absolute best in our premium menswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your suit or accessories are in original condition, including all tags, hangers, and packaging. Items must not have been tailored or worn.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
